Michael Jackson’s Neverland ranch is up for sale and interested buyers are being warned that Michael’s ghost may still be walking around the estate.

The King of Pop bought the 2,700 acre spread in 1987 and lived there for over 15 years, and local people say Jackson’s spirit has been haunting his estate ever since he died.

Both investors and visitors who are considering buying the property are being warned that workers on the ranch claimed to have seen Michaels ghost.

The singer bought the place for $19.5m and named it ‘Neverland’. He had the mansion rebuilt and its grounds, turned into an amusement park with a working steam train and a 50 seat cinema. He also had a zoo featuring many exotic animals including chimpanzees and elephants.

Marie Andrade said that workers on the ranch, which is now on the market for $100 million, have often spotted spirit of the Prince of Pop walking through the grounds saying, “Michael is there, his presence, his moves and his breath. Many of the workers around the property have seen him, and they talk about him living there. It does spook many of them out.”

The estate includes a Normandy-style main house with about 20 other buildings on its grounds and Neverland also has two lakes, a swimming pool, a basketball and tennis court.
