#Pharr #Mansion, formerly located in Spencer Mountain, North Carolina is said to be #haunted by the #spirit of a woman named #Sarah, whose #apparition has been seen wandering the property late at night, or beckoning passersby from an upstairs window. Many #investigators have also reported having electronic devices malfunction, and experiencing unexplained feelings of paranoia and dread that subside upon leaving the location. #Pharr #Mansion was #demolished in August of 2018.
