Established in 1925, the Grand Rapids Civic #Theater & #School Of Theatre Arts in #GrandRapids, #Michigan consists of four #historic buildings: the Majestic Theatre which was constructed in 1903, the Botsford Building which was constructed in 1892, the Hull Building which was constructed in 1890, and the Wenham Building which was constructed in 1878. Those attending performances at the Civic Theater often report witnessing shadowy, featureless #apparitions that quickly vanish when seen or approached by the living. Employees and performers also report experiencing unexplained feelings of sadness while working in certain areas, especially one area overlooking the theater’s stage known as “the #PeanutGallery,” where a man was pushed from the balcony and killed in the early 1900’s. Additionally, actors and actresses rehearsing at night have reported hearing the sounds of disembodied voices and other strange noises, while also feeling a strange presence, as if an unseen #entity is lurking nearby.
