Data Appraisal (Required when purchasing any Data Transition service)

Your 'RooMaster will work with you to identify sources of data within your organization that are appropriate to import into BlueCamroo, and will arrange for samples of your data to be evaluated by one of our data technicians. This process will identify any requirements for data cleaning, de-duplication, enrichment or manipulation before your list(s) will be ready to import.

Contact Data Import

We will assist you to import customers, suppliers and contact information from your current system(s) and list(s), creating Organization, Person and Contact records ready for use by your team within BlueCamroo. After importing, we will validate the integrity of your data to ensure all your records are imported successfully.

Products / Services Data Import

Using data supplied by you in an agreed intermediary format, we will insert your Products / Services data into the appropriate BlueCamroo database tables, bypassing the need for manual setup

Sales Opportunities Import

Using data supplied by you in an agreed intermediary format, we will insert your Sales Opportunity data into the appropriate BlueCamroo database tables, linking to Customer and other related data

Projects Import

Using data supplied by you in an agreed intermediary format, we will insert your Projects data into the appropriate BlueCamroo database tables, linking to Customer and other related data

Cases (Support Issues) Import

sing data supplied by you in an agreed intermediary format, we will insert your Cases (support tickets) data into the appropriate BlueCamroo database tables, linking to Customer, Project, and other related data

Notes Import

Using data supplied by you in an agreed intermediary format, we will insert your Notes into the appropriate BlueCamroo database tables, linking to the related data items e.g. Customer, Opportunity, Project etc.

Email Import

Using data supplied by you in an agreed intermediary format, we will insert your Email from your previous system into the appropriate BlueCamroo database tables, linking to the related data items e.g. Customer, Opportunity, Project etc.

Tasks Import

Using data supplied by you in an agreed intermediary format, we will insert your Tasks from your previous system into the appropriate BlueCamroo database tables, linking to the related data items e.g. Customer, Opportunity, Project etc. (Note: Task notifications will not be re-created)

Extra Data Object Import

Using data supplied by you in an agreed intermediary format, we will insert data to populate 1 configured Extra Data Object

Data Preparation / Data Cleaning

Reformatting, restructuring and de-duplicating data that you supply in order to make it valid for loading into Bluecamroo (per hour)

Data Restore

Full restore of workspace data from backup to recover from user-caused data corruption or deletion. Note all current workspace data will be replaced as at the selected restore point.

Selective Data Restore

Selectively restore workspace data from backup to recover from user-caused data corruption or deletion, merging required items of recovered data with currently live data. This service can recover lost information while not compromising current operational data.
