Fallasburg Pioneer Village in Lowell, Michigan:
Fallasburg Pioneer #Village is a 287-acre nature #park and living #history #museum in #Lowell, #Michigan, featuring a number of #historic buildings from the village of Fallasburg. Fallasburg was established in the late 1830’s, but was #abandoned by the end of the 1800’s when the railway came to the nearby town of Lowell. Many of the town’s old structures are said to be #haunted by the #spirits of former residents and other townsfolk, including the iconic covered bridge leading into Fallasburg Park, which is believed to be haunted by a woman who was allegedly hanged for practicing #Witchcraft in the mid-1800’s. Guests visiting the historic Misner House often report being touched by an invisible hand, and hearing the sounds of disembodied voices in footsteps, while guests at the Tower House claim to feel a strange presence, as if an unseen #entity is lurking nearby.
