Basic Support
BlueCamroo offers unlimited basic support to subscribers. It includes on-page help that is topic sensitive, video, and self onboarding walkthroughs. If you have an issue or a question about the system you can email us at Support@BlueCamroo.com and we will respond within 24 hours. We will assess the issue and resolve if necessary, email back if there are clarifications needed or set up a call or screen sharing session to move the issue forward.
If you need help using BlueCamroo or creating Records, Templates or Campaigns inside your BlueCamroo workspace we will can assist users in individually on a one-by-one basis. However if you want to set up a comprehensive training session for your team, then we offer Advanced Training Services that can be customized for your business. Contact us for pricing.
Advanced – Onboarding Packages
BlueCamroo also offers Onboarding Packages for our users. With these packages the BlueCamroo team becomes more immersed in your business, we learn about your business goals and processes and make suggestions on how best to make use of BlueCamroo.
We have some preset packages combine a number of Flex Services, training, support and mentoring from one of our experts.
Flex Services
Flex Services are a menu of pre-defined, fixed price service units that address common needs such as data import, mail campaign setup, training workshops and template customization.
Each Flex Service requires one or more Flex Units. A number of Flex Services are included in all Quickstart Packages, and can be exchanged with other Flex Services requiring the same number of Units. Additional Flex Units may be purchased at any time at a cost of US$145 each.
BlueCamroo Success Guarantee Program
The BlueCamroo Success Guarantee Program is available to organizations that meet our qualifying criteria, and are prepared to commit to following all the steps of the program.
For such organizations, our guarantee is that if you work closely with your 'RooMaster and follow through all the agreed Program steps, then should you not be seeing a benefit from BlueCamroo after six months we offer you the option to cancel your BlueCamroo account and receive a full refund of all BlueCamroo subscriptions and implementation charges paid under the Program.
The BlueCamroo Success Guarantee Program is highly intensive but also extremely effective, since its inception we have not had a single client demand a refund.
